Playing .bin games through USB?
Playing .bin games through USB? –

I have a game in .BIN format, and as you know USBUtil (the app that converts games for USB play) only supports the .ISO format. So I converted it with UltraISO, and then used USBUtil. Now when I try to boot that game it just doesn't work, it shows a grey screen with moving dots (that was probably not the best way to explain it xD Bad english sry).
THe game in question is Lego Star Wars (PAL), many people said it worked
So is the problem with the convertion? Is there anny other way to convert it?
BTW, I have played other games through that same thumb drive, so I guess that is not the problem.

Hey, thanks but you probably didn't read the whole thread, as I said, I did use an application to convert it to ISO. But then the game didn't work, maybe i'm doing something wrong.

That doesnt mean its a downloaded game (but probably is), what he was refering to was that many people reported the game Lego Star Wars (PAL) worked in USB Advance.
But my advice either way is to rip the game from the disc as an ISO instead of converting a rip, i recommend IMGBurn and then try re-installing to the HDD. Sounds like the .BIN is just a bad rip in the first place.
