Erm,... I forgot,... Have you mentioned yet, that you activated the USB-Device (or any other device) in OPL's settings?
Try to set it to both, 'Manual' and 'Auto'.

Not sure about that,... I guess, it has problems reading or identifying your disc.

Yepp, so this is o.k., since it is not an RW (= ReWriteable), but only R (= Recordable).
But it is of the PLUS-Type, whereas I already told you that if you have a PS2-Model prior to SCPH-500xx, it will not recognize it if you dont 'booktype' it.

Some additional info would be good:
    -PS2-Model (SCPH)
-DVD-Writer-Model and if it is updated to latest Firmware.

ESR.ELF (in capital letters and yes, that makes a difference on PS2... Not all 'operating-systems' ignore that like Windows...)!
...and normally it is installed to the BOOT-Folder, when you used the Nooby-Package for your FMCB-Install...

...or have you used the plain FMCB and now added your apps on your own???

    I try it...
Let's hope there is a solution to your problem.

in the setting i putted "auto" in usb device and hdd.

about this question "when you used the Nooby-Package for your FMCB-Install...or have you used the plain FMCB and now added your apps on your own???" im not very experienced about FMCB so i went to a friend house,he puted my memory card on his chipped ps2 and passed some files to my memory card(or i think so) and passed all the folders you saw on the screenshots from his HDD to mine.

my dvd writter model are this(ive got 2):

TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223C( I bought this one for burning XBOX 360 games and worked perfectly,so for burning the ps2 games i used this one)

    LITE-ON DVDRW SHM-165P6S

ill tell you the model tomorrow because the ps2 is not on my room,in spain now is almost 1 am and there is people sleeping in my hose.

SORRY ABOUT MY IGNORANCE AND MY BAD ENGLISH.

Hm,... Maybe try to set the setting to 'manual', then restart OPL and un-plug&re-plug the HDD in-GUI.
Another thing which CAN help... Try to start OPL from USB, so that the device is allready initialized, when it resets the USB-Driver.

Which new entries beside those normal entries ('Browser'&'Systemconfiguration') are shown?

1.- ive done it,but now when i try to load the OPL it stops . after setting configuration to manual i turned on the ps2 and pressed triangule(in my case) for opening OPL it appeared the OPL logo and the dinamic circle on the left-down corner, but 5 seconds later the circle stops moving and nothing happens latter. I tried deleting the OPL folder from my HDD and downloading it again. IS IT ANY WAY TO RESTAR OPL CONFIGURATION?

2.-In the menu there are these entries:
    browser
    system configuration
    launch disc
    reload configuration
    free mcboot configuration

    3.- SCPH-7004(ps2 model)

4.-are you accord about using TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223C for burn the games?

5.- i was born in germany and i left there for 5 years, but i didnt learn to writte in german and i forgot german,so i dont speak very good

Yes, the OPL-Config normally is saved on MC in 'OPL'.
You can see the 'Save-Icon', when you simply browse to the MC inside the original PS2-Menu...

2.-In the menu there are these entries:
    browser
    system configuration
    launch disc
    reload configuration
    free mcboot configuration
So you don't have any apps installed beside FMCB.

    Easiest way:
    Download the FMCB-Nooby-Installpackage from here --> www.freemcboot.info
Unpack the package to the root of your USB.
    Rename the FMCB-Installer-ELF to 'RESCUE.ELF'.
    Re-Install with Multi-Install.

    3.- SCPH-7004(ps2 model)
    This might be a PS1-Code, but not a PS2.
But it should work with FMCB.

4.-are you accord about using TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223C for burn the games?
Oh, I'm sorry I forgot that in my previous reply.
I think this one should work indeed!
Is it internally, or externally connected?

5.- i was born in germany and i left there for 5 years, but i didnt learn to writte in german and i forgot german,so i dont speak very good
You don't need to speak german.
That's a matter of wanting it anyway.

Dude,... Can't you see the link to the FMCB-Tutorials? --> 'User Guides' --> 'Nooby'?

    i didnt understand this "Re-Install with Multi-Install"
    its connected internally by myself.
START THE FMCB-INSTALLER, SELECT MULTI-INSTALL, press yes/o.k., some times, let it install...
How to start it you may ask now... I already told you the answer... Rename the ELF-File which is in the ROOT of your USB-Device to 'RESCUE.ELF', once you've unpacked the Nooby-Package's content there...
