you are missing the point of using usbadvance/usbextreme

USBAdvance/USBExtreme : use for USB HDD (External HDD)

    HDA/HDL :uses for Internal HDD

so you cannot use winHIIP to format the hdd to use for usbdvacen/usbexterem
    ..

    here is a guide for usbadvance/usbextreme :

"Can't see" is not a suficient description of exactly what you have tried to do...
(´Drive select strap settings, APA formatting, etc)

Be aware that uLaunchELF (aka: "uLE") is not able to show a normal HDD directory unless the disk has been formatted with the PS2 specific APA partition system. The only part of uLE that can recognize (and format) a 'raw' disk is the subprogram "MISC/HddManager".

, by the way what is bm2.0..???
That is a BootManager specific to the crystal mod chip, so if you don't have such a chip you can't use it.

    Best regards: dlanor
