Hey everyone, just exploited my ps2 v4 a few days ago and I have some question regarding USBAdvance.

First of all, I exploited my ps2 with the codebreaker/memory card trick, and I also installed USB Advance's ELF file onto my memory stick. I can get into USBAdvance with no problem, and it even recognizes my external HDD (formatted in FAT32). On the right of the screen (the "menu" section), it shows that I have four games and the space available/used on my hdd, and the status (which shows "ok"). However, on the left, in the Games List section, it shows that "Device has no installed games." I installed the games on to my hdd using the program I found on USBExtreme's website, and I also tried USB Insane, but neither changed anything. So what's the problem with my USBadvance/External HDD? Thanks a lot!

I had problems like this... I did that: First I used PowerQuest Partition Magic to completelly erase my USB HDD and eliminate all partitions, then i made a NTFS formatation. Next I used USB Extreme to Format the HDD (FAT), and using the USB Extreme again I made the Images of the games, wich are splited in 1gb parts (the USB Extreme does it). Done ! The program now show all the games instaleds in the HDD

damnnnnnnnnnnnnnn you had to say i have PS2 slim ..but which version do you have ? if its v12,13 i recomended to use hdcombo the best method for playing games off hdd ..take a look at this site : www.hdcombo.com
    only for v12,13

if its not either you have to play from CD/DVD backups by many methods, swap Magic or Modchip.
