PS2 slim SCPH-90001 usb 2.0?

Hi, i've read on the net that this new model has 2 usb 2.0 ports. So, i was wondering if the usb advance will be updated with a new usb 2.0 driver?
It would be awesome even for the ps3

seriously, do you have any evidence backing that?

do you really think sony would do anything to improve usb advance performance for ps2 users?

i still find it hard to believe. this would probably be big news all around, since usb advance and swap magic are right now the "hot stuff", since they allow playing ps2 warez on ps3 ( i know you mean "backups", but let's be honest here ).

All PS2 models have USB1.1. Many people on many site have spread this myth. ;]
