old big case ps2 not working usbadvance

i have old big case ps2.
i have usbadvance cdrom.
but not working program on my ps2.
i try cdrom on my neighboor ps2 is working.
usbadvance not compatible old ps2 ?
my mod-chip matrix infinity

As far as I know USBAdvance is compatible with all PS2 models having a working USB port.

The MI mod-chip has an option known as "Macrovision Fix", which causes USBAdvance to crash. You need to turn that option off.

Just be sure that you do have a real Matrix Infinity chip, as the cheap clones that imitate it don't accept setting changes. Such clones simply die if an attempt is made to change any settings.
