Thrill Kill was a game that was made by Virgin Interactive a couple years back. When the game was supposedly around 95% done, EA bought Virgin and deem the game "too violent" for its family market. Thrill Kill was supposed to be the most violent game released in its time, and im just curious how good it actually is. My question is this...Does anyone have a link to a site that offers the Thrill Kill Back up, or is anyone selling it? The only way you can get ahold of this game is to get it on backup, and since its the only modchip-only playable game i know of...im extremly intrested in owning it. So far the only place ive seen it, is on ebay...and you have to order it from the UK. (which means a stupid price, and a stupid shipping cost, and an even stupider wait)

For what it's worth, I playd the beta, and...it's really not that good. It may have done mildly well, but only for the reason that BMX XXX did. (The shock value)

I have what is considered to be the final version of Thrill Kill. But...ummm... it's an old PS1 game and really Manhunt makes it look like Mario Allstars.

I had a backup of Thrill Kill once, but it didnt get past the menu screen. This game is almost as "high wanted" as Biohazard 1.5, except that next to no one has a playable demo or beta of that game (if anyone knows a place to get it, pm me), everybody just has some videos and screenshots.

My copy is 519mb and as far as I know it's fully playable. I never spent much time with it because of what I stated in the above post. I could probably up it to a newsgroup.

Thanks for the all the help and info...

I realize its an old ps1 game, and i wouldnt expect somthing that came out 5 years or more ago to compete with whats out there today. (manhunt) What 5 year old+ game do you know stands up to games out there today? I can think of only a few that i still play today... (street fighter, FF7, some of the mortal kombats, etc...)

The main reason I was in search of the game is that it supposedly pushed the envelope of violence in videogames, during its time. It was just an innovative fighter to say the least...and worth a look IMO.

i got it a few years back on irc, it was an ok game and the violence wasnt really as extreme as everyone made it out to be. theres probably a torrent floating around for it.
