PSX problems

So I'm new to the PSX emulator and i need some help. I tried to play a game that is in ISO format and the screen loads up but doesn,t show the PS1 sign and just stays at the start up screen. Also in the black box it says "cuebin: out of sector range". Any answers?

Paste this cue (open it i.e by wordpad and paste to bbc tags [code] [/ code]). Probably this is not game for PSX (image is larger than 700MB).

Which game, what emulator and what version?

I was trying to play a Harry Potter, I'm using PSX 1.13
