OK, i have an original Playstation 1 (the gray box one). It is a SCPH-550X. I bought an absolute stealth mod chip from here: http://www.psxtune.com/produktee.html
Here is a link to the wiring diagram: http://www.psxtune.com/as500x.jpg... The description of the chip says that there are 8 wires, but there are only 7 points on the motherboard! (Point 2 is not used)
So...What do i do with wire #2?

Which mod chip did you buy ??..
I use 12c508/P 004 SAW always..It´s the best for psx/one.
Eight legs and 6 connection points.. (legs 1,2,4,6,7,8..of the modchip.)

the stealth chip you have is fine it is only 7 wires.
12c508/p 004 saw ..that´s one.
