PSX Backup Swap Trick

I have a PAL SCPH-5502 FAT PSX and am wondering if anybody knows of the best swap trick method to use to play backups on it?

well, if you can get your hands on an old-school psx gameshark with or without the dongle then you can use that to swap for your back up. i'd recommend ebaying gameshark lite because it doesn't come with the dongle and it may be the easiest gameshark to come by. the other alternatives are found on this site (posting link) which includes a modchip and a "swap disc" like swap magic (for ps2) that works the same as the gameshark trick.
