PSOne power supply 7.5 V with 220V input

I am using PSOne NTSC U/C version. The switch power supply is operating at AC 120V input and DC 7.5 V output.
Can I use with AC 220 V input ? Basically switching power supply can operate at different voltage level.

if the dc output 7.5 v is.
