you have less connections in standard mode (pin 2-7 to ground), but I think that you cannot load antimod games.
With the first version it is therefore, is'nt it the same thing?

cipcipstore: are you sure to use onechip?
Have you scanner or digital camera to post img your installation?
If load anything you have to verify it.

@ cipcipstore
Just do it as the pinout I posted.
I did 4 last night and they all work.
And if you don't use all 8 pins the A MOD games doesn't work.
Use all 8 pins.
Cheers

@ Pino
I've got a problem with the pinout you posted for
1.) Pin 2 must be at the other side of the resistor.
2.) Pin 6 must be at the other side of the cap.
Sorry for that I don't wanna be a dick but I know that my pinout works 100% with all games.

necnec99:
for Pin 2 is indifferent one o other side of the resistor, you can try. For pin 6: have you read all of this tread ? I also thought that one.
Thanks to mitroux I experimented that chip works very well if pin 6 is connected to pin 35 of the IC 732 like in my Attachment: psone-v2.jpg that you see over. It works very great. If you connect it to pin 36 (other side of the cap) you will have noise and the disc will not be read well.
