As we all know, the newer PS One system doesn't have a Reset button like the older PS1 had.
I liked how PS1 had dedicated Power and Reset buttons.
Is there any possibility to add a Reset Button to PS One systems ?
Anyone has knowledge about it or any diagram on how to do it ?

I will also search for this and if I find something I will post the solution here.

    Ok, I've figured it out

Here's the first picture for PM-41(2) boards (I have PM-41 board; This picture I think is PM-42):

Sory for double posting and I don't have a Digital Camera to take a picture of my PSone board. I will search on the internet for more PSone board revisions.

Edit1: I just added a picture of what's the "point of interest" when trying to find the right spot to tap in with the reset switch.
It's taken from a PSone service manual and it doesn't look the same for all boards revisions, but the place where we need to solder the switch wires it's the same.
So we will look for Q002 (a PNP bipolar transistor), CL002 (the first test pad where we solder one wire of the switch) and a ground point
(the closest one that we can find near to CL002)

Just take a look at the picture and it's quite easy to spot what's the "point of interest"
Don't worry, shorting those two points (CL002 and GND) won't damage anything, it will just make IC003 (the reset responsible integrated circuit) to send the reset command to the console.

And btw, I won't be held responsible if you'll screw something up. Try this at your own risk and if you have at least basic knowledge in electronics/soldering.

Have Fun! And be creative when trying to figure out where to place that Reset Switch

Edit2: I've found a picture of a board that looks identical to my PSone board (PM-41) See the second motherboard picture attached.
