Is there anyway I can gain power from my cigarette lighter port in my car to power my Playstation 1 in the car? I have the first PS1 and not the new slim PS1 so I believe it takes the Figure of 8 Lead.
I am ready to do some modding on the PS1 inside to make it work but if theres a cable any where that already goes from 12V to the playstaion, that would be great!
Planning on using my old ps1 in the car with a monitor in the sun-visor.
Thanks doods!

simplest way is with an inverter. the old PS1 used 240V/110V AC depending on which country its from. the smaller PSONE used an external PSU to save the size and it outputs DC .... not sure what voltage , i know the PS2 PSu outputs 8.5 V DC.
