    need help is there anyway to play an original Pal game(xcom terror from the deep)on a NTSC system and a Ntsc tv.

    on an original ps1. the answer is yes and no.

    you can do a hardware pin soldering solution to make force NTSC colors from the ps1 but the video frequency is in the game videos are to be running at at 50hz and NTSC Tvs are 60hz. So now its up to your NTSC TV to be able to grab that frequency and lock in on it or your screen will keep scrolling....

    lately there are some utilities that might work to do the conversion.

    if you are using a ps2, you could try a crystal chip with their bootman software, allows you to specify the color/frequency of the games and screen positions as well.

    there are some boot discs that will work such as importplayer (i think thats the name) given your system is modded
