Need Help With Ps1 Scph 102!

Hi!I have a ps1 scph 102 and i put in 12c508a programmed with a hex file which i used in the past and it worked fine.But this time when i'm trying to load a game the playstation logo freeze and the laser trying to read out of the cd,but some times working properly!Has anybody idea whats happen?when i put out the chip all o.k!!!!

Not exactly but i found a good solution!i put the game into without joypad and after the load i connect the joypad and works fine!
