Need help PPF patching PS1 games

how do you create ppf patches using "PPF (Playstation Patch File) Version 3.0 Full Distribution"? can you do this? i can't seem to find ppf files for some of the psx games i have... any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

yup, i checked there. they don't have it for all games, though, i believe... i'm trying to use psx4droid v2 or fpse emulators on my android device, and when loading some games, it simply says "please insert playstation disc". does that mean these games are patched, or does the emulator not recognize it? thanks again
