its just (2) 5x9x1/4 strips of Clear plastic, (2)1 1/2x9, (2)1 1/2x5. Its held together by some simple brackets but I want to know the LED solder info for the psone so I can make it light up also

Nobody really cares about ps1 anymore so you proable won't get your answer... seach google... hope you find what your looking for!

You could setup a regulator off of the incoming voltage to establish a new line jsut for the LEDs... this would alway be on....
or tap the power switch it's self... It probably supplies the MB with 5V.
