I've tried with UltraISO and cdgenPS2(editing the image or extracting all of the files and rebuild the image)but I always end up with working game without movies but without songs too(the sound effects and voices are still there but no music)
I'm trying with MegaMan X6 for now till I learn exactly how to do it(I know how to shrink PS2 game but not PS1 with working music)

Well it's never bad to learn something new.I know how to shrink PS2 games and I shrink them when I'm making multiple games on one disk.
The reason now for wanting to know how to shrink PS1 games is because I'm making 7z archives of my games and after that burn them on DVD(I'm just making a backup of them and I don't plan to play them on my PS1/2 but on ePSXe)
On the disk for burning I have:
Breath of Fire 4
Chrono Cross - CD1,2
Crash Bandicoot 3
Crash Team Racing
Dino Crisis 2
Final Fantasy Tactics
Gran Turismo 2 - CD2
Guardian's Crusade
Legend of Legaia
Legend of Mana
Mega Man Legends 2
Persona 2 Eternal Punishment
Quake 2
R-Type Delta
Soul Reaver
Spyro the Dragon 3
Vagrant Story
and I need to shrink something by 30mb so I can fit MegaMan X6 too.All of the archives are compressed to maximum and can't be compressed any more.
I've already burned Final Fantasy 7,8 and 9 on one DVD.

if u want a game to take less space and u dont care bout the videos take the smallest video and replace the rest of the game videos with it, if the specific game has more than 1 video that is, should be easy lol

That's not the problem here,I can even remove them completely but I don't have music after than(even if I don't remove anything(just extract the files and create the image again placing all the file by their lba order)I still don't have music, only sound effects and voices)

And where did you get the idea that UltraISO is fully capable of handling mixed-mode PS1 discs ?
Personally I'm not aware of ANY program at all that is capable of taking apart a mixed-mode PS1 CD and then reassemble it properly again after modifications. So if you do find such a method, be sure to mention it here for others who will definitely be interested...
My own best guess is that a fully registered IsoBuster will be able to extract everything correctly, though it will not be able to put the modified pieces back together again (it doesn't create ISOs at all, but only analyzes and extracts).
As for the simple video replacement method lolwut mentioned, this will probably kill any music supposed to be played during the replaced videos, even if a CDDA music track was intact, mainly because the video playback (and thus its music) is likely to stop at the end of the short replacement video.
Edit:
If you are saving these backups for future nostalgic playing, then you should really reconsider the very notion of changing them in any way, especially when it comes to the video and music playback. Removing/reducing such things may ruin your future experience in replaying the games. I too have used the compact 7z packing format to backup many of my PS1 games to DVD discs, but I always do this without reducing the game quality in any way. After all, even top quality DVD discs are fairly cheap nowdays (less than 50 US cents), so in making a backup for years to come there is no valid reason to stint on the storage space by reducing the game quality.
