Help locating point

I've got these ps1 chips that work with NTSC and PAL.
I have a NTSC scph-7001, and I have low resolution diagrams.
Can anyone help me find out where point #6 is?

The wire covers 2 vias, I'm not sure which one to solder on to.

point six is on the leg, of the silver thing.
