what playstation do you have more info... plz like is it the new psone or is it the older playstationz and if so what is it 5501 or 9001 or what
My playstation is one of the older ones, a 5501 I believe.
I still need help with this issue![]()
Anyone? Please?
You should get a new psx and have it modded.
Ok I fixed my 5501 with the same problem. Look at the bottom left side of the board. (near the power supply and the controller port) there should be 3 fuses. The one that does not have continuity is the busted one. You can get a new fuse from like radio shack but it won't be surfaced mounted. Or you can do like I did and just bridge the sucker( my friends f'ing $300 DDR pads blew the thing). I did it about a year ago now and the psx has been fine, along with the other horrible things i have done to the system, very easy fix.
I took out the fuse and bridged the connection, and it works great! Thanks a bunch!
Hehe bridging the fuse is not very smart but, whatever.
well wat u can do is break the glass and take the wire inside and solder one end to the other to the points and there is yoru surface mouint thingy
I know it isn't the way it "should be" but it has worked flawless for over a year now.
