If I take my Bin/Cue files off my PC and burn them with Alcohol 120 will I be able to play them with my modded Playstation?

I finally got some time yesterday to do some looking around and found that a stealth chip is the way to go.
I am obviously new to ps modding as I have already modded everything under the sun for my xbox.
