Here it is, the latest hacked Crystal Chip Software (Firmware and BootManager).

Just burn the bin/cue file with your favorite burning software.
E.g. with Nero: goto burn image in the recorder menu, select the bin and set mode2, then burn it to CD. Or just select the cue and burn the thing.
I always use the first method, cause my Nero doesn't accept the cue.

Note for CC2.0
This chip doesn't work without BootManager, so always install Firmware and BootManager!

ATTENTION: You have to use Firmware and BootManager from the hacked release to be able to play backups. Using an original BootManager will cause problems.(autoboot not working, games only start in minimal mode)

Of course it doesn't. It hasn't worked from day 1 Only reason for me hating my Crystal Chip.

I can confirm CodeBreaker 9.2 works with CC FW29. I found a cracked version and the poster says it's Version 9.2. I can even update my cheats online.

And the same for me, I only hack for the bling bling.

Also in the future, CC should state approximately how much room is required on the MC for installation of BM. I thought I was doing something wrong during the installation of BM when it said it failed to copy a SHARED component. Turns out there just wasn't enough room on the MC.

I don't see nothing wrong with cheating. That poster, its not your problem that people cheat. If they want to, let them, it does not effect you, unless its online.

If they stop complaining about non-working cheat devices, I'll stop complaining about those lame cheaters too. Use the ingame cheats, if you can't beat the game by normal means, but hacking into the game really sucks.
And everyone who cheats online is a real dump, brainless, sucking dickhead!

Does this auto-patch backups for online play?

of course, just like the original BM does for original discs.
that's no special feature of the hacked version.

Originals shouldn't need a patch as all it patches is the DNA$ ID which if it is backuped, has to be added on before you burn it.

What is your Custom BM? And I liked the style of the old BM better espessially since it showed what media I was booting can you make that?

Originals don't need the Patch, but you'd have to disable the chip every time you want to play online, if the patch wouldn't exist.

My CustomBM is a modified version of BM2.0.4 and is obsolete, cause BM2.0.6 is out already.
If you want the Disc Icons, just install the latest software (29), they're already implemented again.

Noone made a Theme yet, so there's none available yet.
Are you complaining about the updates? They're eliminating bugs, and providing new features. I'd say it's a sign for active development and good support, so nothing wrong about it.

So I take it instead of burning the .bin of the orinigal firmware(first time flashing), I burn this hacked .bin and flash the ps2 with this?

EDIT: And after, when Ive changed the text in appinfo.pbt and all that, when I want to install the launchELF, I need to burn the original .bin, and put it in the ps2. And from there install LaunchELF (but not flash the ps2). Right?
