So how do you load youtube up on your app. I have installed it like three or more times and it does not show up on XMB for me.

Ok did a reboot. and youtube shows up in two places under TV, and under TV extras

But it either asks to download under your extra tab, or under the TV tab I get error 80010017

Hi sorry for the noob question but how do you "replace your xml file by mounting your flash with a program or through multiMAN then replacing it" I have tried through FTP but will not let me replace it.
I have multiman installed any help would be great in the process mentioned above.
      Many thanks,
      Becks

in multiMAN settings column you'll find "Enable Write To Flash" (second from last) then from FTP or mM's File Manager replace the XML file in dev_blind (not dev_flash)

RazorX, just want to say it's nice to finnaly see someone using the source of of xmbm+ project as base to new features and innovation. Great Job!
I also think that maybe you could use the xmbm+ installer for installing your tv app. I think is flexible enough for that. Contact me if you want to.

actually ive been doing this sort of thing for along time also xmbm+ replaces rco files which isnt necessary i always like to keep it as simple as it can be then there is no risk once the xml file has been replaced with mine its just a matter of installing the pkg from then on you cant get simpler than that

Thanks RazorX... The bad thing is I live in Canada, so a lot of apps don't work. I tried changing my Primary and secondary DNS as one does for Netflix US too work in Canada and that helped for the Yahoo plus seven, I believe.

For youtube, I still get where it asks to download the app though?

that cant be possible my app loads youtube up as a webpage nothing more do me a favour on your ps3 load up the webbrowser and type in www.youtube.com and it should re-direct you to youtube xl but whatever it loads up get the url for it and send me it.

perhaps were u live its a different url if so i will add that to my app too
