Spanish Developer MiralaTijera has released the first 4.40 CFW. Following the recent OFW update from Sony. Rebug is also rumored to be testing their 4.40 CFW as well. This all has been made possible by the LV0 keys being leaked months ago, that new CFW's can arise shortly after a new update from Sony.

Below you can view the Translated Changelog from Google. With any translated changelog please use extreme caution as important details can be lost in translation (especially from google) or interpreted the wrong way. So be sure to do all your research before jumping into something you could regret later if a problem were to arise due to a bad translation.

Put flag "nosearch" in a usb stick, turn on once and that joystick problem is gone, that occurs when core is searching for flags and controls are ignored. No big problem, if you turn on from console your control sychronize well as always even w/o nosearch flag .

Other os is not so urgent and BDemu no needed if you havent a broken bdunit , a little wait wont kill anyone.

No disrespect to Rogero i think he is a hell of a developer.

However his CFW is no where near Rebug or what this guy has done (MiralaTijera). Sorry don't hate just speaking my opinion. I believe Rogero still has ECDSA errors in his CFW.

Wow this is amazing lol . Ill wait and see for confirmation before i jump on the wagon though. My heroes over at Rebug is working on one too? Its like Christmas again.. only better

@STLcardWS - Totally agree, Kudos to Regero, but its Rebug or nothing imho - I just upgraded to Rebug 4.30.2 today and all has been flawless with it.

Just like his first 4.21 CFW which wasn't properly tested and gave people bricks.

Because you can't. Sony changed something important in 3k/4k models (i don't remember - metld/bootldr?) and installing any current CFW is impossible. When you try with hardware flasher you gonna brick your console.

u cant really compare rebug to rogero,

yes wuth rebug u get tons of other feautures which for most end users will not be needing.

rogero is pure for playing backups.

so to the people saying rebug is better, no, its a matter of preference. hell most people, and i bet, arent really using all the xtra features which rebug provides.

rogeros 4.30 v2.05 is just as good as rebugs rex edition. ind the end, its a matter of preference

I disagree there. If you are an advance user or a novice. You can use REBUG just as easily as Rogero.. Many of the advance options you speak of have to be enabled in the toolbox to begin with.

So comparing the two is proper. The scene is more about just backups. there is a big thing called homebrew as well . Many developers in the scene will tell you its hard as hell to sign for Rogero and still have compatibility for lower firmware.Other 4.xx CFW doesnt have this issue. Also many developers will tell you the issues within Rogero compared to some of the others.

Dont get me wrong ROgero is a great developer who has done many good things just MiralaTijera and Rebug have done bigger things in CFW. While having better CFW.

I think you are forgetting Rogero was the first who build a proper CFW 4.30...As there were many cfw with bugs and this or that not working. Where was Rebug at that time? Busy on other things im sure. And now Rebug is back first with the 4.40 spoof files so its just doesnt matter much. Just cause you havent heard from Rogero these past days doesn't mean he is also not working on something great again.
Let's make all this an improvement and learning proces for the others and not a competition in who makes the best CFW.

As I'm sure all combined can make a much better CFW
