    One of our Skyrim master modders here at PSX-SCENE, seifer69er, has shared with us his newest creation for Skyrim; the SKYRIM Quest Deleter Tool, which can be used to clear bugged quests with ease. With this tool, you can delete, and reset quests locked in the quest log. He has included some easy-to-follow instructions, as well as plenty more information; so, please continue reading.


    I have finally created a very useful tool to help everyone clear bugged quests for themselves.

    This is most useful to delete/reset any quest that is locked in the quest log.

    Or....if you have any quest that you wish to play again

    eg. a quest has 2 endings but you chose the bad ending..


    to use the tool, all you need to do is:

    1. select the quest from the drop down list
    2. press "fix me"
    3. point to the *.ess file
    4. wait for the tool to fix the file
    5. load the game and the newly fixed gamesave
    6. (optional) with your altered quest, open the console and setstage to the first stage
    7. (optional) Donate via Paypal Link here...

    note: Return to grace,
    Use the tool, resurrect Roggvir, then complete the quest using the console to delete it from the log.

    moveto player
    setstage c7d42 20
    pickpocket the amulet of talos from roggvir

      Where is the option to "delete" a quest?

      This tool works perfectly as advertised. I had used every single console command available to me to remove the quest 'Retrieval'... Somehow I managed to forge the Wuurthad (sp) while still having one of the side-quests open where you go get a piece of it from the Silver Hands...

      To the previous poster, asking where the option to delete is:

      1. Select the quest from the dropdown
      2. Hit the big 'Fix me!' button.
      3. Select the save file from My Docs\My Games\Skyrim\Saves (has an .ess extension).
      4. It asks you to begin search, do that...
      5. Win!
