While the developer of Showtime - Home Theater System, Andreas Öman, continues work on his project, Red Squirrel brings us the latest unofficial build with the most current updates. Because these are unofficial, you are advised to use at your own risk. As with all unofficial Repack releases, this will be installed under the Video category in the XMB.

More robust handling of character encoding in Javascript HTTP client

I've just come back from walking 500 miles across Spain (Camino de Santiago) for 7 weeks...The latest version at that time would not decode FLAC 5.1 and output 5.1 PCM as you obviously would hope for...instead outputting a 5.1 Dolby Digital signal, but actually downmixing the 5.1 to 2.0, so although a 5.1 bitstream, not actually surround at all.

Any advance on that?
