Rogero Manager v8.4

Delevoper Rogero has once again updated his Rogero Manager to include more support for our Jailbreak/CFW/MFW preferences. See changelog below for details.

Please note that Rogero Manager v8.4 is not compatible with Rebug 3.41.2 or 3.66_Version_Spoofer_2.0_341
