PSHomebrew v0.1 - Pre-Release

Darkharker has brought everyone a pre-release of his upcoming PSHomebrew application for our jailbroken PS3 consoles. PSHomebrew is a "cydia" like application that allows you to download homebrew straight to your console. You can download PSHomebrew v0.1 at the bottom of the page, and/or watch a video showcasing the current capabilities of the application.

Its been a long week with making and debugging pshomebrew and setting up the server, but before i have to go in for surgery for a few days I want to release a pre release for the public to enjoy and see how the application/marketplace is coming along. For those of you new, PSHomebrew is basically a application on your PS3 to download homebrew like the PS Store.

* Download Location *REBUG will be added when i get back home i just did not have enough time to add it in the downloader yet

I actually saw PS3Crunch tweet about these guys stealing their news a little while ago.

I have not really touched my PS3 since the release of waninkoko and then multiman. What would you suggest as a better, and safe, CFW upgrade?

I guess it depends on what you want, but I use...
3.55 NFW v3 - Newbie Friendly Ware - Now with Package Manager although I'm looking forward to trying DemonHades CFW when it comes out. Be sure to reinstall OFW 3.55 first before installing NFW v3.

This is always my issue, there is always something better coming out. I tend to wait for something to either stop working, or a CFW gain something that I feel I NEED. I might wait for this DemonHades and see what it brings.
