Psx-scene member RazorX has updated his PS3Ultimate custom firmware with 3.72 spoofer. Some changes have also been made to the coldboot.

Hey all RazorX here i've updated my PS3Ultimate CFW again for you i've tweeked a couple of things for example i've removed the website from the coldboot file so now it just reads PS3Ultimate
i've also updated the category_game_tool2.xml and renamed the default theme because the name was bugging me and i changed the website on it but the main reason for this release is
because i've updated the spoof on it now my cfw is spoofed to 3.72 to prevent you from accidentally updating your console also on another note i've found someone who is happy to make a
PS3Ultimate app for me so keep a look out for that hopefully if what he said is true it should be done about friday but we will see..

like others have said, all these recycled 3.55 cfw's are more less useless, an people are sick of seeing them.

an yeah this is why the ps3 scene seems to be a big fail these days, with the exception of a few like jfw upcoming cfw which might be something special....

sure it might sound ignorant of me, but so what, everyone is sick of having a 3.55 cfw ps3 that can't play new games.

it's at a boiling point now for most people, an rightfully so.

yeah the devs don't owe us nothing, blah blah..... but regardless, it's been crap for months now an everyone can agree on that.

*waits for someone to scold me like i'm a child an they're some almighty grateful fan of the scene*

these trolls are the reason i usually dont post in forums. wouldnt be shocked to find out sony has them on the payroll. just to piss off the devs that are giving the people something they can use. thanks razorx, bitsbubba, deank, rogero, gitbrew, and everyone else for atleast making an effort

You want newer games & sick of what everyone else is contributing. Easy solutions update or contribute (if you contribute, I'd love to come to your thread to whine, bitch & moan). Also with people whining all the time is why the scene is where it is, no dev wants to do anything because you all don't know how to do anything but whine about what they do release

people seem to think sony just gives there keys and files away you cant expect breakthroughs everyday i have the ps3 full sdk files for 1.92, 3.40 and 3.60 it doesnt mean i can whip up a 3.60 cfw you just have to be patent

they could just stop looking at scene sites, if its all just recycled junk to them anyways. on a side note for what its worth i would like to see otheros support on one of them(without the trophy errors). would try my hand at making one but last time i looked mfwbuilder didnt have a linux port. if i am wrong please point me to one. wont switch to windows either.( gates has enough money. no xbox for me either lol)

grab BEBUG 3.55.2 and their OtherOS++ tcl (PS3MFW Builder task) uncheck "Allow access to all SS services (Needed for ps3dm-utils)" and that will eliminate the "trophy error" which should allow your games to play

Edit: same also needs done with Gitbrew's OtherOS++ but instead of REBUG FW as a base you have to use 3.55 OFW as a base
