Official Showtime v3.1.126 - Real Plugin Support Added

Developer behind the wonderful homebrew application Showtime, Andreas Öman is back from his vacation, and bringing us some new updates to this Home Theater System. With the release of Showtime v3.1.126, included is the new online plugin repository, and several new languages translated. Yesterday, we reported that he has created Intructions for Translating Showtime into Other Languages. Today, he brings us "real" plugins, which means plugins that can be loaded and installed from an online repository, and he has already released documentation to get third party developers started on making their own plugins.

This allows third party plugin developers to rapidly develop plugins and make them available to the general public.
It's also possible to copy a plugin (which is just a .zip-file) onto a filesystem that Showtime can access and then just install the plugin from Showtime itself.
I've also started to write some documentation for how to develop plugins.

i can not get this or the showtime /watch tv pkg to install. im running waninkoko 3.55 v2. any ideas why? i have the redsquirl release running just fine. please help

I think I have heard of problems running the official releases on Waninkoko. Hopefully someone will release a fix for you soon, or just wait for another RS release I suppose.

I have added the builds by red squirrel. Hopefully one of those will work for you.

Tried it out last nite, the plugs up for download are not to bad, One did not work.. But most where ok... The Movie one is cool but you have to PAY/Rent the movies, Not really worth it, But i could see some very nice plugins being made Not sure if could have just installed this to 3.41 or not So i and went and converted it before hand and it worked fine on my 3.41

BTW... my Blu-ray .mkv of Tangled worked 100% better as well, The videos sound never went Off even after me skipping thou the movie. So that's a plus as well

Hey guys, does anybody else have problems with MP4 movies? I get no video playback, only sound, using this latest version of showtime or the latest build for multiman. When i load the same movie from the XMB it plays without any problem. Does anyone know why???
