NoRSX v0.1.8. + NoRSX Emulator v0.0.4 - PS3 Homebew Library & Testing Tool

PSX-Scene developer deroad updated his NoRSX project, and has released NoRSX v0.1.8 and NoRSX Emulator v0.0.4. Recent additions include adding gradient backgrounds as well as the ability to now add animations. For those of you who do not know what NoRSX is, it is a PSL1GHT Library used for creating homebrew for the PS3, and is not a PS3 emulator for the PC; and neither is the NoRSX Emulator, which in fact only emulates the NoRSX PS3 environment and not the actual PS3 environment.

1) Hardware Surface Transformation. this will allow to write an HD app that works on SD TVs. an example: 720p to 576p. you will work on 720p surface, but you will blit a 576p surface.
2) fix XMB in-game problems. i know this problem. i need to understand how to use gcmSetSecondVHandler() if anybody knows how it works, i will appreciate.
