I would like to see a function like in Rogero Manager about the games that asks for a original Disc to be played. An option to make the manager ask for the disc when you select certain game that needs it, would be very nice.

Example, here, in Rogero, when I select "Sports Champions", it give me a message before close the manager to put an original disc. With MultiMan it does not happens, and sometimes I forget about it, so I select the game, the manager closes and when I go to play it the game doesnt start propperly.

But interesting update anyway, Ill just dont download it now because I dont see so much advantages for me now so Ill wait for the next update.

multiMAN was like that before but Dean removed that in one of the many updates that he released like last week or the other week. I guess if he removed it that alot of peoples made him the request to remove it or something I don't know.

If Im not wrong, a time ago in MultiMan it was asking for every single game a original disc in the drive, so thats why people request to remove (I think I requested also). What Im asking is just an option to make certain games ask for it, like in Rogero Manager. Where you just have to slect the game to ask it, to remember you that this game needs a original disc in drive.

You can edit the ini file to turn this option back on

Yeah Im still at 1.15.04 cause I think its dumb that he removed Peek/Poke.

Just install the BDEMU.pkg once after you install Multiman, thats it......permanent peek/poke :P

With all these updates he is doing on multiMAN, I'm surprised he did not implemented that caching of files over 4GB into internal HDD like Hermes did. I'm pretty sure its possible on any payloads. I've tested hermes backup manager and caching works with the PL3 payload I got on my dongle. I guess its just a matter of time until he makes this for multiMAN.

Can someone tell me what the deal is of having "Check if game has split files (.666xx) upon game launch"? As far as I know, if any of my games have split files, then they're in black & white and they're unplayable.

If Im not wrong, a time ago in MultiMan it was asking for every single game a original disc in the drive, so thats why people request to remove (I think I requested also). What Im asking is just an option to make certain games ask for it, like in Rogero Manager. Where you just have to slect the game to ask it, to remember you that this game needs a original disc in drive.

In the options_default.ini file in multiman you can change wheather it ask you or not. Just open the file and scroll down and you will see something like this.

# Option: direct_launch
# Valid Parameter: 0 - don't ask for direct launch
# Valid Parameter: 1 - ask for direct launch (default)
direct_launch=0

Change direct_launch=0 to direct_launch=1 to make it ask you.
