DeanK is back, and he has brought the multiMAN application for your jailbroken PS3 consoles with him. He released version 02.04.00 a couple of weeks ago, and has added to that things like Wallpaper and Dev_Flash support. He has already made several other improvements to his multifunctional/multilingual tool for your PS3, such as making it more user friendly, by preventing 3.60+ game updates. You can see the rest of the official updates for version 02.05.00 release below.

FULL and BASE versions include SHOWTIME version 3.1.212 (by Andreas Öman / andoma) for multiMAN.

What if we delete the normal XMMD and replace it with multiman ^^

Really?...How would you boot a game if you deleted the XMB. While autobooting it is certainly possible, deleting the XMB is not, please think before you post a reply next time.

@whiteclad57, It's just an idea, don't take it to heart. Really, no need to get angry about this.

Some folks have asked when they turn on their PS3, that it should automatically boot up their favorite manager. I think this would be cool, as long as there is a prompt that asks you if you wish to go to your Manger or just boot to normal XMB. At least to cover the possibility if ever your manager gets corrupted and then you can't boot up.

I was one that wanted this feature a long time ago, but after MM gave us the Last Game feature, that gave me what I initially wanted and that was to load the game I played last after I turned off my PS3 for the day.

..well heres the deal with that.. it could very well be possible.. not to delete the XMB
but to re route the boot process.. kinda like bootmii for the wii, as soon as i boot my wii. it goes right to my usbloader gx.
and if you want you can click a button on the loader app to ..a: bring you to the home brew page.
..b: go to the wii channel screen or ..c: change bootmii order.
.. i understand that its not that easy to do for the ps3.. but if it was done for the wii..
its very well possible.. dont freak on people..
this is a community that should stick together . not judge.. thank you dean!

I cant install, I keep getting "error occurred during the install operation". I'm on 3.55 Wutangrza CFW and currently don't have any other version of Multiman installed. Is there a fix?

I know you could switch CFWs. Or post this issue in the officail release thread, in our multiMAN sub-forum here on the site, and deank will most likely adress the issue for you, if no one else can.

Some of my backups (like, nhl 11) is not working whit the latest multiman , i would need a older one (it used to work whit the older multiman), or is there something i need to do to get it work? BDEMU2 - installed....

The only option is to switch CFW.
MM stopped working with WT several versions ago.

this is trash.. multiman was working fine before i updated it, now it doesn't show any of my games. i'm on kmeaw and don't plan to change that any time soon.*deletes and goes back to older version

I wouldn't call it trash. I would call it a hiccup in his update.

I'm sure it will be fixed pretty soon.

I have been on kmeaw almost since it's inception and I have no plans on switching CFW's anytime soon either.
It has nothing to do with an issue with kmeaw.

I almost always give the updates that Dean hands out (as I do with any other developer) a few days before updating.
I do this solely as a way to watch what the impatient ones have to say about it.

If the update or program fails to live up to peoples standards then I am not let down by it (as this ones seems to be doing). I simply wait for the developer to take corrective actions on the issue.
