multiMAN rolls out 04.16.00 BASE

Deank rolls out another update earlier today bringing this amazing multi-purpose app. to v04.16.00. This is a BASE installation so no previous version will be needed installed prior to this installation. All future updates will require you have this version installed (until there is a new BASE / FULL version).

In this update Deank has improved the quality / speed of remote access screen rendering, and added support for new functions in mmRAS to the newly added Remote Access that was featured in v04.15.00 release .Also added is a new linux (x86) version of ps3netsrv, Showtime updated for multiMAN, and many more changes/bug fixes you can see below in the full changelog for v04.16.00 BASE,

Read my post again, slowly. Then when you understand what a package file is, go into your PS3, check the mulltiman package file which you think is 210MB and check it's file size. Come back and tell me what the size is as well as the name of the file, including file extension, to make sure you are checking the right file. I guarantee it is not 210MB.

@krytonic - you don't have to sound like a "know it all", especially without checking your facts. Hakuoro is correct, the new MMan package is about 30 meg, and the .14 version of the package is about 220 meg. I smell an apology coming from you -- or, at least pleasant silence.

I believe the FULL version includes the game covers which pushes it out to over 200MB.

hey Deank noticed when coping games vis net_host i have to manually apply permissions to the game folder it doesnt do it automaticly the first time you launch the game. OR MAYBE its a bug and i havent used FTP since the update, ill go back and check. but could you look into this issue further?

Works fine here. I tested with fifa 13 with the 1.04 patch and mM patches it. If you wish - remove the update, install it again an load the game from mM. Make sure that you have 4.16.00 with that bug fix (there was 4.16.00 online for 2 hours without that fix).

Thank You for all your hard work deank, i have used MM for a while and have never even said thank you and for that i apologise, all your hard work is appreciated and just as soon as payday rolls around i will donate to you ....... i never make posts as i really don't know much about all that goes on here i'm a simple guy that follows instructions and people like you make that possible for people like me

What else do you want to know?

Multiman full version contains couple thousand game covers. Multiman base doesnt coantain the covers hence the smaller size.

@deank - I recently switched to the latest Rogero so I could get some PS2 games working since I just got a black screen on Rebug. I'm trying to get used to this new install pkg setup for it. I did notice that there's an 8 pkg file limit if you weren't aware of it (I didn't read the changelog). Also is there any way you could change the queuing of the pkg files. As it is now you have to do them 1 by 1 and wait while they're copied to the right place. I was wanting to go ahead and pick them out and then when I go to do the reset so they'll show up they'd be copied then. I think it would just be a time saver

I'm running REBUG 4.21, I have mM 04.15.00 installed right now. Can I just install this over that one, or do I have to uninstall 04.15.00 before installing 04.16.00? Will I lose the game covers from the 04.14.00 FULL if I install this? Is it worth installing this update?
