More multiMAN Motion Backgrounds - from Tortuga Cove Team

The team over at Tortuga Cove got together, and have been releasing plenty of new Motion Backgrounds (referred to as MBs for the rest of this article) for use with the latest multiMAN release.

Sleepdroid has updated his thread with 11 new MBs, and has been adding more constantly.

S4BRE has also released several MBs, including some with sound (or without if you prefer).

And also, GoTi has released a couple, and is also accepting requests!

Sleepdroid's multiMAN Motion Background Tutorial:

This is how do you put a motion background in multiMAN.

You have to be on mulitMAN 2.05.06 or newer one.

Download a wave.divx from Here
Use a Usb-stick or use a ftp program to transfer it to multiMAN USDIR.
You have to copy the wave.divx to Hdd0:\game\BLES80608\USDIR
It should now looks like , Hdd0:\game\BLES80608\USDIR\wave.divx
Restart Multiman
When you are back in multiMAN XMMB Press "select+Triangle".

It should now play the motion background you choose.

WoW 2hrs and still can not view. Is this gonna be viewable by the end of the weekend?

also with the newest release of multiMAN up to 9 MBs are selectable (wave.divx, wave2.divx, etc..) thanks Dean, and crew a Tortuga Cove

so it is working fine but each time I start Multiman, I have to press select and triangle for the MB to load, is there a way so multiman can load it since the beginning without having to press select n triangle?

update to the latest version of MM. There is a background option where you can select what type of background to use by default.

Also, I grabbed a few of these to try and they were all choppy. The default wave (the one that looks like the original PS3 background) works fine.

I tried the playstation network one and it wasn't choppy, I still have to try the other ones.

please note that the motion backgrounds made by S4BRE is installed using a simple pkg file as stated in my article in the members news section. http://psx-scene.com/forums/f188/s4b...ultiman-96405/ I think this bit of info was over looked.
