Thanks go out to PS3-Tool.de team memeber /tot67, for stopping by the site today and letting us know about the brand new update patch released by the E3 team for Modern Warfare 2. Modern Warfare 2 Update 1.13 (Beta) Patch is the latest update for the game, and has been modified to work on 3.55 and 3.41 consoles. This means you can use this patch along with f***Psn, or the Rebug method, to possibly go online and enjoy this great game (currently, there are reports of the PSN being down; meaning, only time will tell if you will be able to use this patch to play online).

About Modern Warfare 2 Update 1.13 (Beta) Patch:

Our Friends at E3 Team gave PS3-Tools.de one more Proof of what they are be able to do and we will share it with you.

This Time E3 Team was patching the Update Package 1.13 for Modern Warfare 2 what needs 3.60 and it even works online.

This Update Package is for the European Modern Warfare 2 (BLES00686)

If you have a Game from another Region you have to edit your PARAM.SFO.

It is working on 3.41 & 3.55

For further NEWS we have to wait a little bit, because E3 Teams new Product is stil in Development.

As in the past E3 Team will create something awesome for a fair price.

wow noone has commented on this....anyway my question is if i have this game and install the latest update does it now make it possible to play on 3.55 without any dongle...is this another eboot patch (seems like it sounds like this...) i'm really starting to like what e3 is doing...just hope they keep contributing without the need for a dongle (weather they have one that enables other features or not)

yeah its a patch with no need of any devices... and if you read there comment sounds like there kiss'n you right before there about to ***k you!!

and what are the changes on this patch? just the last week i was looking for a 4player FPS to play with my friends so i picked this one.

I recall playing this game a while back. This wasn't a TB patch game in the first place. Kmeaw 3.55 played it fine as I recall. So my question is, what does 1.13 patch fix in the game?

It allows you to get online. If you try to get online without this patch you have to download the latest game update which requires 3.6. This patch allows the latest game update to work on 3.55 and allows you to get online in non-hacked MW2 lobbies.

I hope more update packages will be released or method published to make own updates. Maybe then number of Xbox lovers which say "U can play online with modded Xbox360 u cant with modded ps3.sell ur ps3 buy xbox bla bla bla" decrease.

This won't happen. E3 are advertising that they can also do updates to allow online play before they release their dongle. It is all marketing.

Why is it "(beta)" and not retail?

I also think it is very likely that PSN access wont be available forever on CFW.

highly doubt it... but that's what you have to give up for cfw...

so guys i tested it but i have to say that u can play online BUT ONLY ON HACKED SERVERS !!! NOT ON 1.13 SERVERS

but its a beta so we can hope that we will play on normal servers

Tryed it still ask for a update and Ive tryed BLUS, and BLES. niether one worked for me TB anywho?

Its like the patch dont read on TB, havnt changed firmware to see if others work happy just play'n whut I got online.
