Wow, I'm very interested in this mainly because I see the possibility of the Xbox 360 controller to be ported to the PS3 like this! For me that would be really awesome because I just can't get used to the PS3 controllers .

That's quite awesome. I'll give it a go but I'm still very happy with my Dual SFX Frag Pro. Works great and doesn't have delay on newer games.

unless you mean to use an usb cable, the ps3 will not comunicat witn an xbox 360 controller, it uses RF rather than bluetooth

wonder if this works properly, will have to give it a go, i'd given up on fps in the ps3

Tried the maemo version several years back - went back to the HW sixaxis because it was better.

Yeh, I'm talking about the wired Xbox 360 controllers . I've been wondering since PS3 jailbreak day 1 whether it would ever be possible and I know for sure, just need to hope some guy is crazy enough to actually make it .

are the controllers really that diferent?

i've learned how to play with a keyboard in my spectrum, then i added a mouse to it for pc gamming, controllers are...well controllers....useless things for fps and rts, and rpg that mix of these last...though dragon age 2 was nicelly "streamlined" for the remote, i cant imagine playing oblivion in it (i've lost count on many hours i've logged in that game on my pc's, with ****** graphics true, but with a faithfull mouse and keyb!), and i did tried it, until i just became fustred and got rid of it

anyway, tried this and did not like it, on my setup there was just too much lag, the lag was just suposed to be a few ms, but it was more like half a second to me, and i dont usually have my laptop on the living room, and definitly not my desktop, so too much trouble, but still, thanks to the dev!

i do have an idea, for someone that whants to play with keyb/mouse, rather than using a linux pc as a transcoder, why not use a program running on the PS3?
just take the adpater out of the equation, a simple emulator run before you enter the game, u just say to it, these keys and mouse movent are controller 1 of the ps3, obviously it would have to be stored in a section of the memory that wouldnt be overwriten by the game or gameos, and to have enough processing power adressed to it so it would be lag free...so maybe not such a simple thing... o well, im hoping to have a new rig to play elder scrolls 5 skyrim anyway...
