As we wind down 2011 there is still about a week left to vote for the December PSX-Scene contest. The race for the 2 runner up prizes is really tight so be sure to get your votes in and support your favorite entries. 3 Prizes again this month. $150 for the winner and $50 each for the next 2 highest vote getters.

No christmas or new years bonus? I think there should be an extra $50 for the top person or $50 for the top and $25 each for the other two as a holidays bonus.

It's my understanding that votes aren't cumulative anymore. CrashSerious is definitely coming in first place this month (congrats, CrashSerious). I'm just hoping to still be in third when it ends.

Correct about the votes not being cumulative. It's the one submission who gets the most votes. Next month we are considering having a separate category for games.

Thanks @thatotherperson, that was my understanding too. My hope is that you win BOTH 2nd and third--- nothing in the rules forbidding a sweep. In fact, Twitter campaign starting NOW.

That would be cool, just make sure you specify which category apps, emulators, and tools go. Also, now might be a good time to stipulate the entry needs to be at least loosely explained how it is related to the PS3. (unsig, would be an example of that IMHO)
