I was wondering isn`t it possible to make your own modified update and eboot without using the original mistake from sony for specific games with 3.55 keys or w/e so we could just update the game with artifical update, i mean if it`s possible to edit sony`s mistake, why not make a familiar thing by yourself...

I posted the news more to do with the fact that this is the first update with 3.60 keys. I'm presuming all further game updates will be signed with 3.60 meaning future games releases won't be playable by simply installing an update.

Ok. Sony release a new update with the new-old keys. But for me and for most people nothing change. I still in the 3.55 for a long time, running my games. Is so good for me play mk9 and the olders games that i dont need update my ps3.

So, why everybody going crazy for this 3.60???? Give some time to math or another hack and is sure that we have the keys....

Play first the games that you have. After, worry about this key....

If you like homebrew, old school emulators and freedom, stay on 3.55.

Quit *****ing about keys and workarounds. If those keys were ever released, the torrent sites would be rammed with people downloading portal 2.

Stop me if I'm wrong. Maybe its better we never see these keys. Maybe now the pirates can sail away and we'll see a smaller community, deidcated to releasing and enjoying some amazing, original software.

Yes there's a small percentage of people who want homebrew AND are prepared to buy retail games.... just choose which you want more and live with it.

I don't think we should have to choose between homebrew or playing the latest games. My current setup is perfect, I have all my games backed up on hard drive, and 2 or 3 emulators for when I'm feeling nostalgic, a media player that far surpasses the standard media player, ftp ability, a file manager....the list goes on - yet if I go out and buy a new game I cannot run it on my CFW Playstation....Or if I do I lose all the above.

in this day and age cant you just take the update apart get all the good stuff and sign it with ya own 3.55 keys also your not forced to update i think you can still say no and it will load may be wrong will have to try myelf but im quite sure you can say no to the update and still play it
