The makers do not post here. The news is taken from internal posts of DH and reported here as news. The community of DH fully supports their CFW and are appreciative of the delays because they want a fully functional product without any bugs.
JFW is not the work of 1 person, but a team of people working on different parts of the firmware. Some of the members have finished their contributions. Others have still yet to finish.

I mean honestly, truthfully, you really think something, anything, is going to come of this now-renowned (for all the wrong reasons!) CFW (even though it doesn't actually exist as a CFW yet) ? I guess it could be possible.....but not likely. I'm sure there will be a lot of hat-eating if this fabled CFW does ever materialise....

It doesn't matter that the makers don't post here, in this day and age the proof of the pudding is in the installing, and no proof has been given yet! So to say people speculate and make facts up...well...exactly the same can be said about "them".

Read my posts from page 46 , spanish version I got banned, tons of people who knows me laugh a lot, because talking too much, and asking proof, asking the reason of the delay, after 600 posts of ""you're a god". What country do you live in? Obviously you've never dealt with police in America. If they see it they don't need a warrant because of PROBABLE CAUSE. Let's say they come to serve a warrant for a failure to appear on a court date. They come in and see a meth lab, or illegal gambling, maybe you're running hookers out of your house or whatever you happen to be in to - YOU WILL BE CHARGED. If your neighbor calls a noise complaint and when you answer your door and he smells pot, that gives them every right to come in and search your house for anything and everything they can find. If you have a good lawyer you can fight it in court, but YOU WILL BE CHARGED. They do not need to go back for a specific warrant. You guys watch too many fake cop television shows. Reality is that you give a jackass with a high school diploma a badge and a gun and they will do whatever they want. Most of them don't care about your rights and are more than happy to let the courts sort it out. Not that any of this matters, have you ever heard of anyone being charged with possessing a modified console? They don't give a damn as long as you are not making money on it. As soon as you charge someone a single nickel for someone else's intellectual property, then they will care. Let's get back on topic guys

ude you seriously have no idea what you are talking about if they come in your house they can take something that is plain site, but if they have a warrant and the warrant says that they are there to search a certain list of rooms for a certain thing they can not search other places not named and if they do search places named and find something that was not named in the warrant ,then they can not confiscate it or charge you with it, i think i ought to know as i have an open case reguaring such an incident were a warrant was served to my home for pot plants, my lawyer cost me 10,000 , so i guess that you better than him

if they were serving a warrant that said they were looking for guns and they find kilos of cocaine in your drawer ,there is nothing they can do ,they can not charge with it ,and they can not seize it, they would have to go before a judge and go get another warrant to search for the cocaine,

I don't think I said anything about a search warrant. But it doesn't matter anyway. If they arrest you on the original search warrant, then anything else they find is admissable in that case or another charge. I've never spent 10,000 on a lawyer, I've always been unfortunate enough to need a public defender. I guess if you throw enough money at a problem, maybe it will just go away. How did this thread get so far off topic with the anti-piracy nuts and all this legal talk anyway? Let's get back to talking about this mythical CFW. I have to let everyone know that I have tested this firmware and it does work with all of the latest games. I was so excited to be able to play the newest games while hanging out with my buddy Ryan O'Shea - he's a little fellow from Ireland who's always bitching about people trying to steal his gold or his Lucky Charms. I got tired of hearing him bitch, so I left on my unicorn and headed down to Asgard to shoot pool with my other buddy Thor. Oh, before I go, I've got a bridge that's going up for sale on EBay if anyone's interested.

I just watched that so called proof video. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? Anybody with any kind of programming skills can create a simple menu with push buttons. I didn't see any actual proof of functionality. Yes, you made the little buttons light up. That's fantastic!! That's the new killer app that everyone's been waiting for. I can see myself spending hours pushing the buttons on, then pushing the buttons off, and to keep it fresh, I'll push the buttons back on again. Even if this does materialize into something real, I refuse to use it, because obviously they don't have a clue what they're doing and I don't want to f*** up my PS3. I'm out - good luck everyone, but I only see a couple of outcomes with this - either it's bogus, or it's going to be another Wankiko-like brick problem

So can someone correct me if I'm wrong. I have read the thread and it's comments, but each time I thought I read a comment correctly, the next post is someone quoting them saying they are wrong and typing down something totally different. So, you install this CFW of theres, you chuck in a new game just released in your PS3. Upload the game to a server they have up and running. They patch the game with a plugin (totally separate to the CFW) and you re-download that game and play it on there CFW ? This can all only be done with the game disc still inside, even after the patching, you need the original games disc inside the ps3 tray to play it ? And the only way to use this games plugin-patch is through using there CFW, because it's compatible only with there software ? And ontop of all this, people are anxiously waiting for this to be released, only to reverse-engineer the plugin-patch placed on the new games to see if there is a way to play games without having the original disc in the console, to create an alternate solution ?
