  • GIMX – Game Input MultipleXer v0.25 Released

A developer by the name of Matlo has released an update to his Sixaxis Emulator. Renamed to Game Input Multiplexer version 0.25 allows you to control your PS3 via your PC using a bluetooth AVR dongle or usb-usb adapter. The compatible AVR USB chips are listed below.

    To Quote:
GIMX stands for Game Input MultipleXer or Game Input MatriX. The purpose of this software is to control a video game console with a PC. It currently only works with the PS3, but the Xbox 360 is a also targeted.

    It operates:

    Over bluetooth:

Works with Linux only. A compatible bluetooth dongle is required. Tutorial: http://gimx.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5

    Over usb:

Works with Linux and Windows. A usb-usb adapter is required. Tutorial: http://gimx.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=22
