German XMB Mod for 3.55 MFW/CFW + German 3.55 MCFW - by --==IcEmAn==--

First of all, this release is not for everyone. But if German is your preferred language, you may want to take a look at this. A new developer here at PSX-Scene, IcEmAn2012, has been creating a custom firmware for German speaking PS3 3.55 users. He has also released a XMB mod based on XMBM+, for users on any MFW/CFW. Remember, be careful and make sure you read and understand everything; only you can prevent system bricks.

The following topics have been roughly translated from German to English using Google Translate, and a little help from IcEmAn2012 himself. Please see the link at the bottom of the thread for the un-translated information.

I hope the nazi part was a joke ;) If not, I hope you passed 5th grade and know that WW2 is over since more than 60yrs. and not everyone was a nazi back then, many were forced to fight and to kill jews, etc

But you're grammar is still better than most native germans I hear speaking (and see writing) everyday at school ;). e.g. writing "dass" with 2x"s" - I know many 10th graders who can't seperate "das" and "dass"

I'm gonna ignore that nazi bit since I was born in Nuremburg to US MILITARY parents. We get it, every German is a nazi, everyone from Japan is a kamikaze, every Russian is a communist, everyone from Columbia is a drug runner, everyone from Somalia is a pirate. Anybody that has ever spoken to any of these people would know better.

Albert Einstein He was coming from a (Jewish German community)

Actually no just from viewing the pictures it's just a normal CFW/MFW along the lines of KMEAW. the debug options that are shown are because his PS3 is QA flagged. Everything else here can be done with PS3MFW Builder except for a few odds and ends in which then you'll use tools like RCOmage, Notepad++, PS3 SFO Edit, etc....

Ok. What is name of this CFW? "German 3.55 MCFW" (like title suggested)? It's well tested? How about checksums for validate files?

it's cool to see the positive comments, thx at all that like my work

the name of my modded 3.55 (kmeaw) cfw is: CFW 3.55 IcEmAn-rX
with the xmb mod you can use any other cfw, but it's for german user

in my cfw reactpsn patch is integratet (lock at the features). it was work for over 4 weeks by the help of raxxus. we both are no devs ! the categorys are modded. now you have a ps1 category, and a homebrew and install category too. the design comes with my themes and with the coldboot of playa145

were you able to integrate a spoof? (if they do happen to release another spoofer REBUG's will have reActPSN integration)

when using my cfw, don't install spoofer, otherwise reactpsn doesn't work. when you install for eg. rebug, you can copy the files in flash, then you have only the xmb mod with your cfw
