Hello, I have a new super mod pack just for you guys! I will split it into 5 sections.
1. Kintaro's Stage Fatality Input:
As you may know, the bosses in MK9 have their own finisher inputs, much like the normal characters, however only Goro and Shao Kahn got all 4 finisher inputs, and only recently have I obtained one of Kintaro's: Towards, Towards, Down, Back Punch is his Stage Fatality Input, this means that the only boss finisher left to discover is Kintaro's Babality input.
2. How to Swap Xrays/Voices/SFX without the need for another character to be on the fight:
You go into the char's mkscriptbinary, and modify the Xray they have (replace the name by another XRAY,not too hard to do) snd_vo_(insertcharnamehere) is where you can swap the voice, and lastly snd_sfx_(insertcharnamehere) is where you can swap the soundset (but you will need to reassign the sounds in the scriptbinary and that's not included in this pack)
However, as you may have noticed, you will still require another character to be on the fight, so how do we fix that? simple, just put the character you borrowed the XRAY/voice/sfx in as a charintro for your char, or just go into the scriptbinary, and replace your char's charintro string with CHAR_(insertthenameofthecharacteryouborrowedstufff rom)
That's it! now you can play without the need for another specific character to be on the fight! 2 drawbacks however:
A. Characters with a short XRay string wont be able to swap out with several characters, same thing with the voice and sfx, and the only character that can swap out with everyone is freddy krueger.
B. If you play in any mode that's not Ladder, Tag Ladder, Versus or basically any mode that doesn't have character intros, you will require to have that specific character to be on the fight, so watch out for that!
3.How to fix missing sounds for swapped fatalities,babalities and victories:
Same fix as above,no kidding.
These enable you to finish off the remaining 6 unfinishable characters (there are 7 in total, goro, kintaro, shao kahn, classicreptile, classicsmoke, classicnoob and classicjade) in challenge 59, I also left some extra p1 char modifier codes and two codes to set the AI to be a dummy for both chars (remember to see the other char, beat the 1st one and don't do a finisher, then the other one will pop up)
5.There is a PS3UserCheat code that I've left in there that sets the fatality trainer background to be the Chamber of the Flame,in other words, it enables stage fatalities in the fatality trainer.
And that's about it, now you can do swappable xrays and voices far less strict than before, and more user friendly, plus you can know finish off the characters that were previously unfinishable, and to top it off, we have stage fatalities in the fatality trainer, a method to fix missing sounds in swapped fatalities, babalities and victories, and Kintaro's Stage Fatality Input!
I'm leaving the instructions here:
To install the cheats, just replace the st.dat from the CHET2000 folder in your HDD with the one in the rar.
To install the MK1 Ermac (Example of sections 2 and 3) just put in a random folder in the dlc section of the BLUS30522/BLES01132 folders in the HDD if you are on version 1.01 and below, if you are higher, you will have to replace the file in the backup and swap the ps3toc sizes (right click char_ermac_c and copy the size and paste it where the size was on the ps3toc.txt, just be sure to remove the dots or commas)
I wanted to get this out so people know how to swap xrays and voices without too much trouble.

new discovery: background modifier codes, took me 3+ hours to get this one!
now stage fatalities are possible on the unfinishable characters + playing on normally unplayable backgrounds and i also added in some extra p1 char modifier codes.
Here is the updated st dat, I forgot to mention, rename it to st.dat and put it in the CHET20000 usrdir folder in the hdd.
About the update: I fixed the pit code and added the pit (day) + I added skarlet and sindel for player.
1. (now you have all the stages with stage fatalities in the codelist)
one thing I have to mention, when using the stage codes for challenge 59, keep in mind that sometimes it may "mix" together with the pit bottom stage and end up not only playing the music of the stage you are trying to get to but also ENABLE THE STAGE FATALITY on the pit bottom, in other words,a stage which normally doesn't have a stage fatality will now have one.
2. If the codes for the stage don't work on the challenge tower, here's what you need to do: Exit the tower, go to say, practice, do a fight, exit, go back to the tower and then do the challenge, I think it may have to do with specific info. That appears on an address (01988A20) once you do a challenge, doing a fight in another mode erases that.
3. Forgot to mention,classic npcs don't have babalities (classic reptile has a string in his scriptbinary,however) so if you do one,nothing happens,they are only finishable by a fatality or stage fatality.
