I dont see any reason to expect anything big (as in terms of game title) being released for free. E3 are trying to capitalize on their dongle, so giving out the good stuff for free doesnt make much sense to their business plan with this dongle.

You fail to realise that they are not contributing out of the goodness of their hearts. They are "contributing" to advertise their products, that is all there is to it. Why do you think they pick the least popular games to release for free? Or a game which was popular, before it's equal was released a while ago?

guys - all they were doing was patching a game that was ignored by other patchers. It's a safe bet that most of the people here won't ever play it, but the grown-ups around here do have sons, daughters, nieces and nephews that would probably enjoy it.

And that shows some of the mental limits you must have it like a guys saying "I won't wear pink" or men should not cry...you are foolish on many levels. But like many people said if you don't want to play please refrain from filling the post with hateful comments, because people like me who will play this and have played other Disney games (and platinum them and hannah montana) and I have the majority of trophies on max payne 3 like games. and appreciate them all. CFW higher than 3.55? Did I read that correctly? If so, I would imagine that you would still need to be on 3.55 to install it. You probably need the dongle too, but it seems like it would play all games without the need for a patch release.

Actually, I would assume it would mean a higher firmware all together, and everyone will be looking for that X.XX OFW after that.

But before people start to get ahead of themselves, imagine if you will the very first JB on the PS3, the PSJB dongle. You installed the X.XX firmware, and then proceeded to enjoy the benefits.

Imagine if you will, 4.20 OFW + 4.20 CFW. That would blow this scene up. That is why I came to this scene, I had just heard about the PSJB. Well, wait until the E3JB and see what happens.

The bottom line is, we do have to get ahead of this trolling attitude. It can get very out of hand. I think I will talk to the admin staff about a new infraction just for that kind of crap.

i do realise what they are doing actually and as far as im concerned this is yet another release my kids can play i am actually 1 of few people that do actually go out and buy the original game but being able to back it up to play means the disc does not get scratched and damaged so if its a game my kids like to play i dont have to waste more money buying it again.

1) buy it and update
2) buy it on another system
3) rent it and go to a friend's house
4) crack it yourself
5) buy a dongle
6) have some patience


Most importantly of all, if an article is of no interest to you then skip it!
Replying to it is not mandatory and a reply stating simply that you don't care is not constructive nor is it beneficial to anyone. It is trolling.
