Firstly, Merry Christmas to all. Here is a little something that I have saved for today, a gift from team Duplex. Alice Madness Returns EBOOT patch and download content for you to enjoy without the need of any dongles. Only use the below for purchased games. Support the developers for future content.

Alice: Madness Returns delves deep into the dark and violent side of the
imagination, creating a nightmarish Wonderland where Alice must face the
demons that haunt her visions. Visit the grim reality of Victorian London
and then travel to the beautiful yet ghastly Wonderland to uncover the root
of Alice's madness and discover the truth behind a deadly secret, kept
hidden for years.

Notes:

This Pack includes patched files that allow you to play this game on
CFW 3.55 - no silly dongle required because DUPLEX doesn't charge you
for playing backups! On top of it we provide you a cracked DLC Pack
containing the original American McGee's Alice.

Required: BL****** (****** release)

1.) ***** main game and replace files with the ones from our Patch dir
2.) transfer to your ps3 and run the game (it installs some files to hdd)
3.) play game and optionally install the DLC .pkg now

Im running Kmeaw CFW also. No luck,have'nt came across a solution yet

I just installed the Rebug CFW 3.55.2 and it still doesn't works for me

i myself running kmeaw, have alice internal and external. replaced files that wher included then transfered to usb drive.
you guys arent using MM to transfer the patch are you? sometimes multiman thinks its done when its not. do it via usb or ftp.

maybe you have the wrong version of the game.

I transferred the files via usb. I have is BLUS-30607 is this the correct version?

works great I actually re-patched the TB version with this one, if you follow Duplex's directions it works, "Do not skip a step, there's only 3" if it don't work re-rip the original. It's fine to use multiMAN to transfer patch I did (haven't ftp-ed anything for close to a year)

to my knowledge multiMAN and Rogero Manager has been fixing permissions automatically for quite some time (disc only not disc-less)

It seems I had a not working copy of Alice Madness Returns. So I tried with anther one and it worked like a charm.

It' s the Releases guys, only the PARADISO TB Release works , everyone who has problems has either the CHARGED or the ABSTRAKT Release both are freezing and staying on Black Screen.
Even moved from WANINKOKO to KMEAW and it was useless.
Use the Duplex Patch on the PARADISO Release and it works flawless.
Seems that Duplex managed to get the True Blue Dongle Release working without the Dongle , so maybe they'll succeed with other newer games too. That would be awesome.

Well I'm using KMEAW and multiman latest. Transferred the Charged release using blackbox ftp and copied the Duplex files across the same way. Put the DLC on a usb stick. Started the game in Multiman and it patched permissions. The game loaded first time and recognised the DLC. No freezes, black screens, just 2 mighty fine games. So anyone that cant get it working is doing something wrong.

seems people always find the wrong way to do something even when it's so damn easy.

Then login to PSN and get the DLC. Simple.

Seriously, look for the Charged release. It works on 3.55C/MFW.
