@ambas we can`t play TTT 2 online because ONLINE PASS is required..

i will buy one or go to the rent store ( i am feeling lucky ;p )

what if i input the code from an ofw ps3 and then try to access the online menu from my cfw ps3.... does anyone have the same problem?

I have kmeaw 3.55, and about to finish downloading TT2 (Duplex)
Yeah, the download is slow as smeg, but after a few days, lol.. all worth its gold..
I hope I don't have to run though your issue...

Simply it states to: get the owner of the PS3 your account is activated on have him/her log into your account.. go to account manager..
system activation.. PS3 System.. and then Deactivate.. That person will lose all that they may have got from you..

I am guessing by what it says, you are a USER not the PRIMARY.. That is it.. just reactivate it with your identity to be the PRIMARY acct.. good luck man..

anyone know the best way to load this game, or if it can even be loaded from internal drive without a disc in the drive? thank you

Black screen is normally the case of PS3 CFW bug
I understand its due to a PS3 conflict: resolution, permission, BR mode, even game data error

If you installed a game, patch, fix ---- > install it in that order, or you get black screen or just go back to xmb

to fix, try this
================================================

1.. PS3FIX_PERMISSIONS_Waninkoko_Kmeaw_CFW_3.55.pkg
2.. if you installed a custom eboot, reinstal the eboot fix
2.. Delete the Game Data files to the game you wish to play.. It can be causing the game boot, to black screen.. internal conflict
3.. if 1 and 2 fail, run Multiman or Rogero, and set it to BR mode internal or external


If you have noticed your games been booting slower than it did in the past, the HD needs to be reformatted..
Dirty sectors and all can create corrupt files, but in this case i think its just 1,2, and 3...

couldn't you just do defrag. i think that'd be a lil easier than reformatting cause then you don't need to back everything up unless you're talking about ps3 internal drive, well, that can't be defragged.

I suppose... Never gave this too much thought
It has never become a burden on my shoulders before
I have always figured a way around my PS3 troubleshooting
Loosing information on the PS3 is superficial in my eye..
I mean, I can always copy it back.. fresh install and all, and continue playing problem free..
Trade in one evil with another.. lol


Ok, if you FTP your PC to your PS3, and your PC is prim, then i assume you can format the PS3 HD from the PC OS..
The logic is there..
Just have to put it to the test and try that theory out..

Not sure if that will work since each game has a specific ID for the ONLINE CODE..
Consider this:

My theory is that each retail game comes with an ONLINE CODE and is an identity-signature.
So, it must be also a code written in a file new to PS3 GAMES, and easily isolated, as its new to its structure tree.
The only problem would be encoding/decoding, unless the devs have that tool already created.. crafty fellows..

My suggestion
= OnlineCodeExtractor.pkg, OnlineCodeEditor.pkg or an Online Code generator.exe

Dev can download Tekken Tag Tournament 2(duplex), as it’s the most popular one working out there
Let the .pkg or .exe be downloadable, and let the player do the footwork: to extract, generate, and edit a Online Code..

i went from cfw 3.55 and tried out the true blue dongle since there are no TB patches i want to use this fix

any tute to install this fix? i have the original game TT2 ...advice please

got it to work.
had to overwrite files and edit param sfo to get it to work with usa ps3

I can get the game to run but I can't go past the modes when I press start and get to the screen where you select whichever you mode you play, it freezes and goes right back out to XMB. Does anybody know what's going on?

I replaced the eboot, install the game data, and then ran the update 1.01 pkg file.

TT2.. works perfectly on Kmeaw3.55 and RogeroV3.6 cfw

1-- installed Tekken Tag Tournament 2 PS3 -DUPLEX (BLES01702)
2-- run Tekken Tag 2 (BLES01702 v1.01) 3.55Fix --> works
3-- stay offline, in multiman hit SQUARE and select INTERNAL HD, then START.. naturally it will return to xmb.. start game
4-- allow it to decompile the 17.8gb game with patch.. game will boot with ver 1.o1 fix and allow TT2 intro theme to play, to ver the compile process was complete.. its playable offline at this point.. I have tested it on both OS.. Plays offline perfectly

to have game update 1.02 playable
1-- shut down multiman and get back into xmb.. connect to the internet.. u do not have to be on psn for the update 1.02
2-- restart TT2 and it will ask for update 1.02.. agree and allow it to download.. If you dont get this option, reboot the PS3, repeat the multiman process, and select the game in XMB and it will ask to update to ver1.02 only if the ps3 is connected to the internet

Here is where you get Error 80010017..

ver1.02 update replaces ver 1.01 fix.. sad, but this was the conflict..
3.. USE THE EBOOT FIX with 1.02 update ;p it works just fine.. resolved the conflict.. I have not gone into PSN yet, but offline it works with this method
4.. google = 3.55EBOOT FIX.. it will have EBOOT.BIN and PARAM.SFO

5.. check in XMB the GAME SAVE DATA and confirm ver1.02 exist, not ver1.01
6.. in multiman or Comgenie manager, just copy and replace the EBOOT.BIN and PARAM.SFO

*** make sure to Hit SQUARE in multiman, and SELECT INTERNAL HD, then hit start... run game ****

read my last post.. if you follow correctly, you will have no problems having the game playable on Kmeaw3.55 or Rogero 4.0

Did anybody manage to unlock the bikini skins, and the DLC characters for this game? I have this sitting on my PS3 but it got completely bumped off my radar because I have been so busy with Borderlands 2 and all the other fall releases so far.
