This is what all of this "circumventing/hacking" is about! Consumers have purchased the PS3 and are now being told they CANNOT do with it what whatever they please to do with it. Grant it, people are going about it the wrong way because there's one stupid loophole in the copyright law that state a person can't distribute the information the find, but they can use it for themselves (go figure). Personally, I feel you're not breaking the law by publishing your findings...but whatever. Government and laws are ass backwards no matter where you go.

The more you speak negatively of the matter, the more foolish you and everyone who think "These people are getting what they deserve!" look. torrents should be the way of distribution not sendspace megaupload and things they are far to easily taken down sony wont know where to look if it is a torrent

1) Firmware 3.56 is unhacked because it adds no benefit to us hackers at the moment besides PSN which the developers are staying away from because it is entirely owned by Sony. Hence no 3.56 CFW.

2) Even if there is an "unhackable" unit which is completely false considering we have the METLDR key and even if they release new hardware the old software HAS to be compatible with it which gives us an attack vector(the old keys, which will give us the new keys.)

3) This "unhackable" unit is completely false as 1, there is absolutely no system that exists in this world that can be deemed unhackable. If someone decides to take a good hard look it will be cracked. That has been fact since the first device was released that had a processor, and was deemed a computer.

4) Again this "unhackable" device will come with a Hypervisor which is already reverse engineered thanks to our buddy graf. So as long as there is a hacker that breathes life on this planet it will be capable of being hacked.

5) Did you take a wrong turn at playstation.com or are you just trying to hide your guilty pleasure of unlocking your system because you know exactly how much benifit it adds, as well as how much added value is gained.

6) Piracy, and hacking are two completely different terms. If you are gonna spout how stupid people are at least get your shit straight before doing so. But here's the definitions for you.
