But WAIT... didnt Geohot say he found a glitch/bug in the OtherOS so he could hack the PS3 WHILE we still had OtherOS and thus Linux??? It is illegal to kill someones console under the 'computer misuse act'. The fact is the the console belongs to the purchaser. And before I hear EULA, EULA is not law and never will be. Example: Say you buy a game for child/minor. That child opens the box and puts the game into the console and clicks through to play. How is the EULA enforceable when minors are not allowed to enter into contracts? Where is the legally binding signature that ALL legal documents MUST have? I hope Sony bricks YOUR console.

I don´t really feel good when i play a downloaded backups, so i think that PSN shouldn't be available for us. We must choose between PSN+Original games and backups. Those who download a game have not right to claim for online gaming.

Please do not lose the right to buy originals games. It really feels good. I try to buy one per month.
Support developers, we have seen a lot of time developers closing their doors and people losing their jobs. So, remember, downloading backups wont kill anybody, but try to buy some game occasionally will support those companies that do a good job. See Uncharted, Uncharted 2, GOW, Killzone, inFamous, Castlevania, GT5, and many many others. (And never buy Mafia 2, the game really sucks)

You have just as much access as the next guy to pirate games and software. So don't complain that you're buying the game and everyones else gets it for free, that was your decision to buy it, not anyone else's.

Also for emulators and ps2 iso's etc, is that not the same as pirating any other game?

At the end of the day most of the games they knock out these days are shit and i would be gutted if i bought one of them, the good games i buy. Half the games are not worth a £10 from brand new but they will have a £40 tag on em, this might give em a kick up the arse to put more effots into some of these games and maybe people will buy em
