Yes STL was supposed to have removed it, good news is dev_flash enable write/ AKA dev_blind in multiMAN works fine

adrenalineforu, the same brick risk is still here, it's quietened down because people have stopped trying, you can try if you want but we still don't know the reason for the bricks, if you can wait there will definately be more CFW's coming out very soon.

as mentioned before ps3usercheat won't work (it's already been remove from the list)
Rogero Manager probably won't work either unless BDEMU was updated by Rogero (I haven't seen any official release)
Spoof Enabler is just an RSOD waiting to happen (it contains a vsh.self and if not properly patched for the specific FW, BOOM!.)

No, I dont have performed the test on no1 of my homebrew, because im on on kmeaw.
However, I am sure that they work because I havent got any error on sectool during resign.


Usually, if the homebrew resigned not works, is why you get the error
'warning: skipped decryption of section 00X <marked encrypted but key/iv index out of rage'>
during the resign of the NPDRM.

Don't know if its been said, but the MultiMAN compatible emulators are patchable with the 4.21 resigner. Patched the EBOOT for FCEUNext and it ran just fine. Still gotta do the rest, but I assume they'll be fine.

If there anybody that could look into fixing the GameDATA Tool? (The thing that lets the PS3 use the external HDD to install to.) Even installed on the external, PSN content counts against the HDD's available memory, and I can't delete things I'm not playing anymore without being able to access it this way. Is there another way to do it?

Anyway, loving Rogero 4.21 all around. Darksiders II makes me happy...in pants.

Have you ever worried about Sony’s financial situation, and what would happen to your hard earned Cash if they were to close? I certainly have.

For a long while now Sony have not been in the best financial state and could possibly face bankruptcy in the future. If this were to happen, then their servers would go down, meaning that there would be no more PSN/SEN, subsequently all of your purchased media would just vanish into thin air.

However, this is no longer an issue! (At least for those who own a Playstation 3). With the release of the LV0 keys, and CFW on 4.21, if you were lucky and updating didn’t brick your console, then this is for you. For those of you who do not have 4.21 at present, fear not! There are apparently multiple people working on getting CFW on 4.25 and even 4.30 (and considering they have the LV0 keys, that probably won’t take too long).

Be advised however. I have not tested this since I am still on 3.55, but the person who posted this is rather reliable from my own personal experience.

If any of you are able to test this then please let us know! If not, sit tight – it won’t be long!

The guy who did this is just looking for hits, it's no different than OpenCMA except at the moment you still need to connect to PSN on the PS3. The files from Ocma and from the ps3 are exactly the same, nothing is decrypted, it's just a long and useless way of backing up vita files.

After testing CFW 4.21 on my CECH2001B its safe to say its looking really good for the scene. Backups I've tested so far is Resident Evil Raccoon City without any modded files, and with MM 04.07.01. I will try RE6 on MM 4.08 later on after work today. Cant say I waited patiently for this one.
